HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Accommodations:

- $1,422.00 + tax + fees for 4 nights (April 22-26, 2026), including accommodations and amenities for 2 guests ($711.00 per person + tax & fees)

- Early Arrivals: An additional night (Tuesday, April 21, 2026) is available for $362.00 per bedroom

- Make one reservation for all 4 nights

- Book individual reservations for each bedroom needed

- Additional Fees: 12% service charge and 21% tax will be added automatically

Flights:

- Variable, we recommend planning for $500/person for a round-trip ticket, it will likely be less than that to Puerto Vallarta (PVR)

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

Accommodations:

- We recommend reserving your room ASAP and indicating who else will be in the room with you or if you would prefer your own room (full room price).

Flight:

We recommend putting a flight alert on Google Flights or Hopper and booking when the flights fit your budget.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE ROOM?

You will not be charged for the room until checkout, however, in the instance of a no-show or cancellation within 90 days of the event, you will be charged 50% of the stay fee.

CAN I BOOK ONLY A FEW DAYS?

We are so excited to celebrate with you and are grateful you'll be traveling with us! We are requiring all 4 days be booked given our full agenda.

WHAT IF THE STAY IS NOT WITHIN MY BUDGET?

We completely understand if you can't make it. Please let us know as soon as possible.

HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT TYPE OF ROOM WE ARE BOOKING?

Every room has an ocean view and/or patio, you'll be in a stunning room! Reservations are not room-specific, we will be assigning rooms as they are booked. If you have a preference or need specific accommodations, please specify these requests in the comments section when making your reservation.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE RESORT?

While we appreciate every member of our family, we are not permitting children under the age of 18 on the resort premises. Thank you for understanding. We also want this to be a chance for you to truly relax!

Clothing

Wedding Attire: Lightweight dress or linen shirt, see attire section for colors and inspiration

Casual Outfits: Shorts, t-shirts, and comfortable sandals.

Swimwear: Multiple swimsuits.

Light Jacket/Sweater: For cooler evenings.

Shoes: Dress shoes for the wedding and casual sandals.

Personal Care Items: Shampoo, body wash, deodorant, makeup.

Important Documents

Travel Documents: Passport, we recommend having a passport that will not expire within 6 months of the travel dates to ensure a smooth experience through customs & immigration.

Electronics

Phone and Chargers: We will be hiring a photographer so we ask that phone use is limited during wedding day festivities!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO THE WEDDING?

Space is limited, and we cannot exceed the number of invites (if you have a spouse/Significant other, you've already been allotted a +1; if you are unsure, please reach out to one of the hosts). Please note that no plus ones are allowed unless allotted in your invitation, and no additional guests can be accommodated without explicit approval from the hosts. Thank you for your understanding!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY RESERVATION?

What's Included in Your Room Rate (For 2 Guests per Bedroom):

- Room for 4 nights, 5 if you choose to arrive early for the additional nightly fee.

WHAT IF I WANT TO STAY SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN HOTEL PLAYA FIESTA?

We have reserved the entire resort to ensure that everyone can stay close together and enjoy our time as a group. We strongly recommend against staying elsewhere, as all fees will apply regardless of your participation. This includes a daily resort fee of $108 per person, plus tax and gratuity, which covers amenities and an open bar. Additionally, there is a charge of $25 per person, plus tax and gratuity, for attending any of the scheduled brunches or dinners, even if you do not participate in these events.

These fees will be your responsibility to pay to attend the wedding should you choose to stay offsite.
